Where We Are

Cheddar is located on the southern flank of the Mendip hills and its risings at the foot of the gorge constitute the biggest resurgence in the area. All the major cave systems are within a short drive Cheddar and South Wales is accessible in a day.

Club meetings will be held every third Sunday of the month at the The White Hart, The Bays, Cheddar, BS27 3QN (see blue tag above). Find us either in the lounge bar or the functions room, starting at 8pm. All members and potential members are welcome.

There is usually a caving trip on a Wednesday night. Some of these are scheduled in the trip list but others are arranged at short notice between club members and then communicated by email to the rest of the group. The trip list can be found on the Home Page.
